Design and orchestrate AI agents integrated into business workflows. Create, test, and optimize prompts, ensuring consistent and business-aligned behavior. Integrate workflows and AI agents with REST APIs, enterprise systems, and external services. Curate and continuously improve conversational workflows and intelligent automations. Define technical standards, best practices, and versioning strategies for workflows. Document workflows, technical decisions, and business rules. Collaborate closely with technical teams and client stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** What strengthens your candidacy: Solid production experience with n8n. Practical experience creating and maintaining AI agents. Strong expertise in prompt engineering, testing, and response refinement. Knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and webhooks. Understanding of automation architecture and workflow orchestration. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex workflows. Organization and discipline in technical documentation. Familiarity with agile methodologies and MVC architecture. * Your cultural fit. **Must-Have:** Experience with various LLMs and AI providers. Knowledge of RAG, knowledge bases, and content curation strategies. Experience with conversational automations (WhatsApp, chatbots, web). Experience with workflow versioning, change control, and technical governance best practices. Experience with software testing applied to AI—including scenario definition, test cases, and acceptance criteria. Experience testing prompts and probabilistic systems, evaluating consistency, response variability, edge cases, biases, and expected model behavior.
