Our openings are also open to people with disabilities (PCD). #MedSênior #jobopenings #hiring #opportunities #technology #healthcare #hiring **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze team performance indicators and enhance maturity in conflict management and personal development, aligned with the operation’s new guidelines; * Continuously disseminate the organization’s mission, vision, and values; monitor and analyze team performance; provide feedback; and promote the development of technical and behavioral competencies according to departmental goals and needs; * Oversee all people management routines within the department, including: time clock closing, shift schedule validation, vacation requests, medical certificate submissions, absenteeism tracking, recruitment processes, employee offboarding, and performance evaluations; * Support the team by clarifying information/questions regarding time clock, health insurance, vacations, transportation vouchers, and all company-established policies, to facilitate integration of offered benefits; * Identify improvement opportunities and establish a monthly behavioral feedback routine for the entire team; properly manage conflicts to contribute to individual development plans (IDP) aimed at improving and refining results, ensuring appropriate registration in the Senior system; * Conduct 45- and 90-day probationary period evaluations, ensuring proper registration in the Senior system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience leading teams; * Call Center experience preferred (minimum 6 months); * Customer service (SAC) and/or appointment scheduling experience preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields. **Additional Information** Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Meal allowance Gympass Birthday leave Collaborative work environment Profit-sharing program (PPR) It means living the purpose of healthy aging, building an inspiring culture aligned with the values we believe in.
