We value precision, safety, and the continuous development of our employees. **Your Mission:** Ensure accuracy and quality during the initial stage of the production process, working directly in the Pre-Weighing department. You will be responsible for preparing the raw materials that form the basis of our products, with precision being the key to your success. Responsibilities * **Reading and Interpretation:** Analyze and strictly follow Production Orders (POs) and weighing sheets. * **Accurate Weighing:** Weigh raw materials (solid and liquid) using precision scales, ensuring quantities fully comply with specifications. * **Identification and Traceability:** Correctly label and identify all weighed materials, ensuring full batch traceability. * **Organization and Cleanliness:** Maintain the pre-weighing area clean, organized, and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * **Data Recording:** Record weighing data in systems or spreadsheets, reporting any deviations or non-conformities. Requirements * Completed high school education * Ability to follow instructions * Proactivity and commitment to results * Prior production experience, preferably in areas requiring precision (e.g., pre-weighing, laboratory, quality control). * Focused attention, organization, and responsibility. * Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.
