Technical and soft skills development of the team **Infosys Brasil** is seeking professionals with the profile of **Project Manager** to join our team. **Required Qualifications:** * Proven experience in managing system implementation/upgrade projects * Experience leading technical teams of more than 20 people in consulting and/or technology companies * Track record of involvement in data analysis projects and coordination of complex projects * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence — concepts, practical application potential, and tools * Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) * Knowledge of Mining processes is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management or Business is a plus * Professional Experience * Certifications (important but not mandatory): * PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-ACP * Certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) * Knowledge of BI and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate Infosys consultant teams, monitoring delivery quality and client satisfaction for assigned engagements * Manage team communication with client stakeholders * Maintain constant contact with the client’s operational team, which closely monitors delivered work * Promote integration among Infosys team members * Foster connections between your team and other Infosys teams assigned to the client, facilitating the identification of new project opportunities and improving deliveries * Identify new work opportunities at the client, including leveraging knowledge of other applicable Infosys offerings * Evaluate the team under your responsibility, tracking agreed-upon goals * Participate in guiding the team’s technical and soft skills development, aligned with client needs * Monitor the financial health of ongoing projects and propose improvement actions to enhance profitability * Support selection and hiring of new professionals for the account **Additional Information:** **Work Type:** CLT, flexible hours. **Benefits Package:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Childcare Assistance, Life Insurance, Funeral Assistance, Medical and Dental Plans. **Career Path:** Global engagement with clients and/or national and international projects, with potential for international career mobility.
