We seek someone with technical insight, organizational skills, and mastery of labor obligations, capable of conducting processes with precision and responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Full management of transportation allowance, meal allowance, and health insurance * Verification, updating, and control of benefits * Internal support to employees, providing assistance and guidance * Contact with benefit providers and platforms * Execution of payroll department routines: hiring, vacations, payroll processing, and terminations * Data entry, verification, and eSocial-related obligations * Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies **Requirements:** * Proven experience in payroll department, including benefits, payroll processing, and labor routines * Knowledge of NG Folha system * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and payroll department practices * Organizational skills, autonomy, and rigorous attention to detail * Strong communication skills and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks * Experience with benefits management systems is desirable Salary negotiable **Send your resume to: decorf@uol.com.br** Job type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$2\.132,33 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
