Availability for shift work; Willingness to relocate to Lins\-SP. 1 Organize physico\-chemical and microbiology laboratories, ensuring proper functioning of the facilities; 2 Assist in calibrating all equipment in the physico\-chemical and microbiology laboratories requiring calibration; 3 Perform physico\-chemical and/or microbiological analyses on all products involved in the processes, according to established frequency; 4 Analyze concentration of sanitizing solution and cleanliness; 5 In cases of deviations in analysis results, immediately inform the Monitor, Supervisor, and Coordinator; 6 Complete analysis result forms, ensuring their legitimacy and reliability within established deadlines; 7 Archive records generated by the laboratories; 8 Verify information regarding manufacturing dates, expiration dates, and batch numbers indicated on finished product packaging; 9 Clean materials and equipment used during analyses; 10 Perform cleaning of the workplace, including floors, walls, countertops, etc; 11 Assist in issuing product analysis reports for customers; 12 Help prepare materials required for microbiological and physico\-chemical analyses; 13 Assist in preparing ingredients used in production that require specific handling precautions or are added in very small quantities. 14 Strictly comply with the Quality Policy in implementing the Control Plans established by the company regarding Food Safety to ensure a safe product. 15 Ensure that in performing activities, especially those related to critical control points, pasteurization, quality and other related aspects, procedures are followed as prescribed so as not to compromise product integrity and food safety. 16 Comply with internal Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards, adopting safe behaviors daily in your activities, performing tasks with critical awareness, thus contributing to your own well\-being and that of your coworkers. 17 Assist in controlling the laboratory's internal reagent inventory, ensuring they are used within their expiration dates. 2509120202531748302
