Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on operational facilities, including air conditioning, electrical, hydraulic, fencing, and cabling systems. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance activities across various facilities 2. Support in organizing internal events and drills 3. Assembly, disassembly, and repair of furniture and partitions Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities at TBG's operational facilities, such as: air conditioning; electrical systems (e.g., lamp, outlet, and switch replacements); hydraulic systems; fencing; structured and telephone cabling; installation of support equipment (e.g., projectors, TVs); layout modifications; painting, masonry, and carpentry services; adjustments to raised flooring and carpeting; support in organizing internal events and drills; assembly, disassembly, and repair of furniture and partitions. Must reside in Penápolis/SP. Completed high school education + completed Refrigeration Technical Course. Prior experience in the field. Availability for frequent work-related travel. Driver's License Category B.
