Partnership Management and Expense Analysis **Job Responsibilities:** Generate partnership billing reports containing all information and documents related to goods supply and service provision; Gather detailed project expense breakdowns to obtain all necessary information; Extract information from SAP/ERP systems regarding resources applied to partnership projects; Issue billing documents and request issuance of invoices, invoices, provisions, and reversals; Analyze consistency of cost data and billed amounts; Monthly consolidation of services rendered and generation of reports on consortium progress and their projects; Conduct critical analysis of appropriation and verification indicators and non-conformities; Plan actions and execute planning and control of preventive actions and improvement plans. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (any specialization); Completed postgraduate degree; Intermediate English (reading and writing).
