We are looking for a **Data Analyst (Python)** to join our **eData Delivery team at NIQ**. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that consumer data sourced from online retailers meets the highest quality standards before being ingested into our modern data ingestion platform. As a **Data Analyst**, you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end onboarding, configuration, upload, and monitoring of various types of data across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include data cleaning, classification, and validation; metadata management; issue investigation and resolution; and supporting customer requests—all to ensure data integrity and reliability. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy solving complex data-related challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. **Responsibilities** * Provide specialized support to Data Acquisition, Retailer Supplier Compliance, and Management teams for all requests related to data quality testing for new or potential suppliers. * Conduct quality checks on data samples and provide practical, actionable feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Communicate with retailers to validate data or clarify store-related questions (e.g., missing addresses), performing analyses and efficiently managing customer requests. * Configure data ingestion platforms by understanding and applying agreed-upon data formats as stipulated in retailer contracts. * Clean, verify, and classify data prior to uploading files onto designated platforms, ensuring consistency and integrity. * Investigate and resolve data-related issues with online retailers, including incorrect formats, file errors (type, location, special characters), and other upload process failures. * Monitor data delivery schedules, escalate delays when necessary, and work closely with retailers to promptly resolve timing or quality issues. * Track and update online retailer KPIs, focusing on timeliness and data quality performance. * Manage eCommerce data flows, including receipt, validation, meetings with retailers, and tracking quality improvement plans. #LI-Hybrid **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. * Proficiency in Python and SQL: ability to interpret code is essential; programming skills are desirable. * Experience working with large volumes of data (TB-scale), including identifying and resolving data issues and understanding various data and file formats. * Advanced English, both written and spoken. * Experience in handling and managing customer or internal stakeholder requests will be considered a plus. * Ability to accurately interpret diverse data structures and mappings. * Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to work under tight deadlines. * Flexibility to operate across different time zones, including alignment with holidays in serviced countries. * Desired knowledge of eDive analysis and execution, including interpretation of results, interaction with retailers, focus on actionable insights, and long-term solution planning. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **Our Benefits** * Flexible working environment * Medical and Dental Assistance * Gympass (Wellhub) * Hybrid work model * Short Friday * PLR (Profit Sharing and Results) * Career development aligned with **NielsenIQ** functions * Access to on-demand learning content and NIQ’s social communities * Meal Voucher * Associate Support Program * Mentoring Programs ...and more!
