We are seeking a **Unit Manager** to lead the management and operational leadership of one of our cafés, ensuring process efficiency, service quality, and alignment with brand standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the unit’s daily operational routines, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities; * Lead, guide, and develop the team, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment; * Monitor financial results, performance indicators, and goal achievement; * Ensure a positive customer experience, maintaining the brand’s quality and service standards; * Implement and oversee compliance with internal company guidelines, regulations, and policies. **Requirements** * Prior leadership experience in roles such as Unit Manager, Supervisor, Store Leader, or related positions; * Availability to work in the Sorocaba region; * Experience in people management and team development; * Knowledge of operational routines, inventory control, and process organization; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and strong customer-service orientation; * Proactive, organized profile with a focus on problem resolution; * Minimum education: Completed high school (a bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage).
