After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Work at points of sale, performing shelf replenishment, organization, cleaning of gondolas, and strategic placement of Ypê products to boost sales. * Approach consumers to increase direct sales and disseminate knowledge about Ypê products, providing technical product information and clarifying consumer questions. * Execute campaigns, ensuring customer understanding and engagement with MPDV (merchandising materials) activations and creative end-cap constructions, aligned with the company’s strategy. * Implement practical actions to enhance the company’s image (its values and brand), spreading best execution practices and strengthening customer relationships to ensure successful negotiations. * Replenish products, prioritizing items with the highest stock-out rates, following the Execution Guide, and price them accordingly. * Carry out cross-merchandising activations, displaying products according to consumption occasions. * Monitor points of sale by conducting daily mobile-based execution audits and reporting competitor activities, new product launches, MPDVs, campaigns, and other relevant insights to the immediate supervisor to support the company’s decision-making process. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a sales promoter in the consumer goods sector is desirable. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. **Additional information** If you possess the above experience and competencies, we’re looking for a professional like you!
