**Responsibilities:** * Manage the after-sales and customer support team, monitor quality and satisfaction levels, and define problem-solving strategies to achieve the company’s established goals and objectives; * Participate with management in developing sales strategies; * Plan and monitor the after-sales department’s objectives; * Supervise the activities of the team under their responsibility; * Negotiate marketing conditions, customer service, technical consultant support, and develop marketing actions for their product line; * Meet the objectives and actions defined in the operational plan; * Propose corrective and preventive actions to improve performance in their area of responsibility; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in dealerships, preferably with management experience in service and general after-sales areas; * Bachelor’s degree preferred; * Driver’s license category B.
