You will join our team as a Production Assistant supporting construction execution, contributing to quality, schedule adherence, and cost control in accordance with company-defined standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** You will join our team as a Production Assistant responsible for: * Monitoring physical progress of the construction site, verifying and overseeing operational service execution, utilizing an IT system for recordkeeping, ensuring compliance with procedures, schedules, design documents, and work quality, as well as supporting implementation of occupational safety measures. * Performing administrative tasks related to the construction site, including document filing and delivery, form completion, invoicing entries into the system, reporting sustainability indicators, adjusting time clock records, assisting with scheduling medical examinations, cost allocations, equipment rentals, payments/reimbursements, and other general administrative routines. * Holding periodic meetings with field teams and suppliers to align activity schedules, identify potential deviations, and develop corrective action plans. * Preparing supplier measurement spreadsheets using specific documentation for manager approval. * Preparing competitive bidding charts for procurement of materials and services. * Maintaining contact with suppliers throughout the entire process—from contract preparation to budgeting, invoicing, and supplier monitoring. * Ensuring compliance with Safety Regulations at the construction site, managing, verifying, and maintaining occupational safety documentation such as Work Orders, Checklists, Preliminary Risk Assessments, Work Permits, PPE Records, etc. * Analyzing physical\-financial progress of the department, collecting field physical progress data, generating requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts in the system, controlling material inventory, monitoring field material consumption, analyzing expenditures, contract balances, forecasts, and possible deviations—consolidating and presenting this information to the Construction Manager to support decision-making. * Supporting audits conducted by support departments, following company procedures and standards to ensure achievement of project goals. * Managing material inventory and deliveries, recording each material’s entry and exit at the construction site to guarantee adherence to the scheduled timeline and deadlines. * Updating area performance indicators, gathering relevant analyses for measuring outcomes, thereby improving performance. * Performing other duties related to the position, as requested by the immediate supervisor. * Accompanying client inspections. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Microsoft Office Suite AutoCAD Occupational Safety Standards (specific) Technical Standards (specific), Drawing Interpretation Availability **Additional Information** Wellhub Zen Club Day Off Alelo (Meal and Food Allowance) Transportation Allowance Medical and Dental Plans **The moment to look toward the new.
