




Description: * Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related fields; * Specialized courses in International Trade, Logistics, or related areas; * Specific knowledge: Negotiation skills; cross-cultural and international relationship experience; operational procedures for International Trade (Import and Export); ERP and Mining; * Communication skills, proactivity, versatility, interpersonal skills, and organizational ability; * Advanced/Fluent English; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and operating systems; * Manage end-to-end import and export processes (documentation, customs clearance, freight, insurance, etc.); * Ensure correct tax and customs classification (fiscal classification, Incoterms, trade agreements); * Monitor shipment and customs clearance flows, controlling deadlines and costs; * Interface with government agencies (Federal Revenue Service, MAPA, ANVISA, etc.); * Analyze and review documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, and other requirements; * Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies; * Monitor foreign exchange fluctuations and their impact on import/export costs; * Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); * Support internal departments (Procurement, Legal, Tax, Finance) with strategic information on international trade; * Serve as a technical reference within the team, guiding junior and mid-level analysts when necessary; * Manage and control execution of service provider contracts related to international trade processes; * Manage and control metal analyses for customer shipments—both domestic and international markets—as well as monitoring receipt and dispatch of samples; * Manage and control imports conducted under special regimes (Drawback and Desenvolve), ensuring customs clearance is performed with tax suspension where applicable; * Coordinate with Operations/Warehouse regarding usage of imported materials, ensuring they are used exclusively for specified export purposes, in the required quantities and within legal timeframes; * Interpret sales contracts and perform pricing calculations for various metals sold, according to specifications stipulated in the contracts; consequently issue invoices whenever necessary; * Verify and record import and export invoices after shipment execution and issuance of Sales and Purchase Invoices; * Oversee import and export processes; * Monitor expiration dates of International Trade powers of attorney. 2512210202551062241
