Focus on continuous improvement of operational practices and productive efficiency. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Level:** Trainee **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Activities within the Area of Responsibility:** Systematically carry out sugarcane cultural practice processes, contributing technical analyses and support to aid decision-making in agricultural operations. Participate in the development and implementation of new routines and projects, promoting continuous improvement of operational practices and increased productive efficiency. **Trainee Program Activities:** In the first year of the program, the participant will perform activities related to the Development Pathway and project creation.
