Job Mission Responsible for leading a sales floor and delivering key commercial KPIs aligned with the company’s strategy. Main Responsibilities * Conduct morning meetings to cascade objectives and motivate the team. * Train the team to deliver objectives based on observed needs. * Define the team’s commercial targets according to the potential and volume of each route. * Deliver volumes, coverage, and market share for the sales floors under your responsibility, through focused action plans. * Cascade Trade and Corporate initiatives to the team, ensuring execution at the point of sale. * Directly lead the team. * Follow company processes related to your role; conduct monthly and planning meetings. * Monitor field activities of the team, diagnosing outcomes. * Routinely analyze market research data and CDA financial data to build strategic plans. * Hold afternoon meetings to follow up on items defined during morning meetings. * Ensure sales accuracy through proper S\&OP planning to avoid product stockouts and enable better resource/material sizing for the area. * Ensure successful execution photography in the market. * Participate in CDA governance, ensuring compliance with HEINEKEN policies, guidelines, and strategies, and alignment of key commercial variables directly impacting the business. * Disseminate HEINEKEN values and culture to the team, peers, and stakeholders. * Support the variable compensation model by training the team on methodology, hierarchy, and monthly validation of the calculation base. * Monthly results meeting. * Weekly planning meeting. * Act in accordance with the HEINEKEN Assessment Formula, complying with sales-area guidelines, training the direct team, and monitoring action execution to ensure standardization of service delivery, focusing on commercial fundamentals, execution, and profitability. Academic Qualifications Completed undergraduate degree. Requirements * Extensive experience in sales operations; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Valid driver’s license (Category B); * English proficiency desirable; * Prior experience in commercial areas; * Experience in the consumer goods sector; * Prior experience in the Indirect Channel will be considered an advantage.
