This role involves supporting diverse administrative activities, organizing documents, assisting with data entry, and handling internal/external client requests.

**Description:**
**Mandatory Requirements:**
Aged between 18 and 23 years;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Availability to work either morning or afternoon shifts;
High school education (currently enrolled or completed) or currently pursuing higher education;
Compliance with the working hours (4 hours/day) at the workplace as well as during training;
Attendance at the qualification course guided by the partner institution, IEL (twice per week).
**Desirable:**
Interest in administrative routines.
**Note:**
After hiring, the apprentice will undertake a formal apprenticeship program.
This program complies with legal apprenticeship regulations, integrating professional training and work.
Assist in various administrative activities within the area of operation;
Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives;
Assist with spreadsheets and information registration in departmental systems;
Receive and respond to internal/external requests, or forward them if outside the scope of responsibility;
Demonstrate initiative and contribute to the smooth operation of the assigned area;
Ensure proper custody and preservation of document archives;
Support internal and external customer service;
And other tasks related to the area.
