




Description: * Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields. * Knowledge: Quality and Food Safety Management Systems – FSSC 22000 and BRC, Integrated Management System (IMS), IMS Certifications, Documentation Control and Nonconformity Investigation, knowledge of HACCP application. Computer Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite. * * Conduct training and onboarding for new employees on topics under the responsibility of the IMS, including quality, GMP, food safety, certifications, etc. * Collaborate with departments in developing specific procedures, control methods, and storage practices, applying the company’s adopted methodology to ensure compliance with predefined standards aimed at meeting certification and customer audit requirements. * Provide support to departments in drafting and preparing IMS documents, based on applicable standards and legislation, as well as ensuring availability of information for user departments (physical copies, software, etc). * Contribute to the qualification and performance evaluation process of suppliers applicable to the IMS. * Manage external documents applicable to the IMS (specifications, licenses, certificates, etc). * Conduct periodic inspections to assess implementation and maintenance of prerequisite programs (GMP, pest control, glass/rigid plastic control, access control, etc.), evaluate management of PRPs and CCPs, record nonconformities, and propose improvements. * Assist in scheduling and conducting internal audits, as well as supporting external audits (customers, regulatory bodies, certifications), ensuring compliance with requirements. Assist in developing action plans by analyzing data and in preparing corrective and preventive action plans to eliminate root causes, aiming to ensure compliance with standards and product quality assurance. * Train personnel involved in the nonconformity (NC) management methodology, as well as monitor NC registration, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Develop support materials such as handbooks, brochures, posters, to reinforce topics covered during training and promote implemented programs. * Collaborate in conducting product traceability and recall exercises, and implementing necessary improvements. * Update and disseminate the IMS activity schedule, including: audits, visits, trainings, campaigns, etc. * Assist in identifying and updating applicable legislation for the business, as well as managing the legislation control software. * Collaborate in managing customer complaints, contributing to root cause identification together with relevant departments and monitoring preventive and corrective actions. * Strictly comply with the company’s quality, food safety, safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures, in accordance with commitment to the Integrated Management Policy and the company’s Code of Conduct, as well as its Values and Principles. 2512290202491888576
