Acts as a liaison among technical, clinical, and administrative teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, quality benchmarks, and company guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate the clinic’s administrative activities, including reception, telephone services, billing, procurement, nursing, and general administration. Ensure organization and adherence to the unit’s operational and clinical workflows. Supervise the administrative and support staff, promoting integration with technical and clinical departments. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction. Manage expiration and renewal of contracts and procedure fee schedules; Manage contracts with service providers, suppliers, and health insurance plans. Ensure compliance with regulations set by ANVISA, Sanitary Surveillance, CFM, and other regulatory bodies. Support senior management during internal and external audit processes. Develop and monitor the unit’s budgetary planning. Implement continuous improvements in administrative and operational processes. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields. Proven experience in administrative management within clinics, hospitals, or healthcare facilities. Knowledge of healthcare regulation, authorizations, health insurance plans, and SUS/private billing. Familiarity with hospital management systems (ERP, PACS, RIS, etc.). Leadership of multidisciplinary teams. **Desired Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare, or Administration. Prior experience in diagnostic imaging companies.
