




**Description:** Provide technical support for Protheus Backoffice modules: Purchasing, Inventory/Costing, Financial, Fixed Assets, Accounting, TAF/TSS, and Fiscal Books. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including log analysis and fault identification. Develop and deliver user training to promote efficient system usage. Create technical documentation and instructional materials for support and training. Monitor updates and new versions of Protheus, assessing impacts and improvement opportunities. Propose and implement process improvements focused on automation, reduction of rework, and increased information reliability.
