Description:
* Completed Bachelor's degree: Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Intermediate English proficiency
* Experience in facilities management within industrial environments
* Management of third-party service provision (canteen, transportation, and security)

* Ensure compliance with department-established procedures for assigned activities, as well as implementation of specific routines to maintain and ensure smooth operation of all processes related to the area.
* Develop or propose improvements to routines under the department's responsibility, including procurement and service provision contract terms.
* Perform contract management activities, such as negotiating, monitoring contracts/measurements, and evaluating supplier performance to ensure services delivered meet company-established standards.
* Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR), manage the department's budget control, update spreadsheets and control systems, and handle department travel services (issuing airline tickets, transportation, hotel accommodations, vehicle rentals, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency.
* Support execution of activities by other team members.
* Ensure contracted services—including security, cafeteria, laundry, transportation, landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance—are performed per contractual obligations, monitor results, and propose actions that positively impact received outcomes.
* Ensure access control procedures are followed by employees, visitors, and third parties to comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations at facilities.
* Support audit procedures and provide assistance to the area manager.
* Supervise small-scale projects developed by or under the responsibility of the department.
* Manage requests and payments related to correspondence contracts, including postal services, express mail (SEDEX), courier deliveries, and motorcycle couriers.
* Participate in productivity and cost reduction initiatives by identifying and implementing productivity projects through analysis of the plant's largest service contracts.
