Lead support strategies for students with special needs **None:****Job Description:** * Research, analyze, and implement student academic life monitoring processes to pursue academic excellence in learning and full development; act as a mediator in the family-school integration process; * Plan and coordinate student vocational guidance processes based on contemporary educational and career information. * Conduct meetings with teachers, parents/guardians, and specialized clinical professionals to develop support strategies for students with special educational needs; * Monitor information provided about students to take measures preventing bullying; * Lead processes and projects related to ethics education, sexuality, affectivity, citizenship, drug use prevention, and their ethical\-moral consequences. * Coordinate the preparation of semester evaluation reports with teachers to enhance the teaching and learning process; * Plan and actively participate in class councils in partnership with the Pedagogical Coordinator and Vice\-Educational Director; **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in education and postgraduate studies in areas relevant to the position; Desirable experience of 3 to 4 years.
