We are looking for an **Engineering Assistant** to support the engineering team’s technical and administrative activities, contributing to the successful execution of projects and construction works. This role is essential to ensure daily organization, control, and operational support. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the manager in monitoring construction projects and works; * Assist in preparing and organizing technical documents (drawings, reports, measurements, schedules); * Conduct material takeoffs and quantity surveys; * Monitor deadlines, costs, and tasks as directed by the technical team; * Support quality control and workplace safety; * Assist in communication among construction sites, offices, and suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields * Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings; * Familiarity with Excel, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools; * Experience with the Sienge system will be considered a plus; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication abilities. **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); * Remunerated Incentive Program for Physical Activity; * Total Pass For nearly 30 years, Grupo Baptista Leal has been building dreams and delivering homes.
