Build and evolve interactive dashboards for performance monitoring. Create financial and operational reports that genuinely support decision-making. Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Monitor manufacturers’ bonus rules and policies. Propose improvements, standardizations, and automations. **Essential Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Process Management, Systems Analysis and Development, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; Analytical and organized profile, with strong numerical aptitude; Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization); Knowledge of interactive dashboard creation; **Differentiators (Plus):** Basic knowledge of SQL; Basic knowledge of Python (automation and data analysis); Prior experience in financial controls, performance, and KPIs; Experience in dynamic environments, new projects, or structuring areas.
