Monitor quality indicators and propose improvements **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Technical Responsible Officer** to ensure legal, technical, and sanitary compliance of the company’s operations, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory agencies’ standards and the quality of processes, products, and/or services. * Act as the Technical Responsible Officer before regulatory agencies (e.g., Health Surveillance Agency, Professional Councils, MAPA, ANVISA, CRF, CRM, CRQ, among others). * Ensure compliance with current legislation, technical standards, and applicable good practices. * Develop, review, and keep updated operational procedures, technical records, and regulatory documents. * Support audits, inspections, and regulatory oversight activities, providing technical responses when required. * Train and guide staff on good practices, standards, and technical procedures. * Monitor quality indicators and propose process improvements. * Sign technical reports, certificates, and other legally required documents. * Prevent and correct non-conformities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with audits and regulatory inspections. * Knowledge of quality management systems. * Experience in implementing or maintaining licenses and permits. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Pharmacy. * Active registration with the corresponding **Professional Council**. * Prior experience as a Technical Responsible Officer or in a related field (preferred). * Knowledge of sector-specific legislation and regulatory standards. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Pharmacy → **CRF** * Chemistry / Chemical Engineering → **CRQ** * Availability to formally assume **technical responsibility** for the company. * Compliance with the working hours mandated by the local Health Surveillance Agency.
