Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring student discipline, safety, and well-being, managing access control and organizing the school environment. Key Highlights: 1. Student monitoring and guidance 2. Maintaining order and school discipline 3. Supporting the pedagogical team in student supervision Responsible for ensuring student discipline, safety, and well\-being both inside and outside classrooms. Manages entry and exit control, monitors movement in hallways, courtyards, and common areas of the school. Assists in organizing lines, recesses, school events, and provides support to the pedagogical team whenever necessary. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and guide students during arrival, break time, and dismissal. * Control access for students and visitors. * Assist in maintaining order and discipline within the school environment. * Support teachers and coordination staff in student supervision. * Report incidents of indiscipline or inappropriate behavior to the coordination team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Strong communication skills, responsibility, firmness, and empathy towards children and adolescents. * Prior experience in a school setting is desirable.
