




**Description** Professional responsible for interviewing families and completing registration forms at households, service centers, or mobile outreach activities, providing assistance to families regarding the Unified Registry (Cadastro Único). Provides information to families during the interview process and explains the objectives of the Unified Registry; participates in the screening process; identifies needs; guides families on Unified Registry programs; enters data directly into the Unified Registry System and/or types information into the system after conducting paper-based interviews. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer questionnaires: identify oneself to the interviewee/family head; manually and digitally complete questionnaires/forms; verify Unified Registry validation in the system; collect demographic and socioeconomic information at households; complete spreadsheets and other tools provided; archive Unified Registry forms; * Register families at households; indicate exclusions and updates to registrations; register, update, and re-register families; * Verify information consistency: check for errors in questionnaire/form completion; correct, verify, and validate collected information; * Conduct screening: interview the family head; schedule home visits; clarify doubts; * Identify the family’s situation and head based on official documents; * Explain the objectives of the Unified Registry; identify the family’s needs; refer them to competent agencies if necessary; organize information and documents for internal control; guide families on social programs and public policies; conduct active outreach to families; * Interview families at households, institutions/accommodation facilities, external locations, and communities; verify the accuracy of information at households; serve traditional and specific population groups (e.g., Indigenous villages, Quilombola communities, undocumented persons, among others); participate in mass registration events and mobile outreach activities; * Ensure confidentiality of workplace information as well as information provided by users; * Provide users with necessary guidance on all social programs that use the Social Identification Number (NIS) and eligibility criteria; advise families on procedures required to maintain their Unified Registry registration; * Operate systems: use web/online systems related to the Unified Registry and the Bolsa Família Program (Federal Government system).
