For us, quality is the fuel that keeps us active. **If, like us, you are also driven by water and want to make a difference in the world — join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission:** Outsourced operations are responsible for ensuring the flawless operation of our clients’ treatment plants to prevent environmental pollution, comply with environmental regulations, and supply high-quality water for internal processes when required. **Your typical day will include:** * Operating industrial and domestic wastewater treatment plants, maintaining them in optimal condition; * Monitoring tank volumes; * Measuring temperature, pH, turbidity, settleable solids, and sludge settleability, per internal procedures; * Preparing and replenishing chemicals essential to the treatment process; * Filling out control spreadsheets — daily work logs and quality control records; * Checking operational performance indicators; * Managing and organizing laboratory reagent, glassware, and equipment inventories, reporting restocking needs; * Collecting samples for laboratory analysis; * Conducting low-complexity chemical analyses; * Emphasizing workplace organization and maintenance; * Keeping the work environment clean and organized. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites for this role:** * Technical degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related fields; * Active CRQ registration; * Minimum 1 year of experience in water/wastewater treatment. **What we expect from you:** * Participate in safety training sessions and safety dialogues provided; * Maintain your workstation and PPE clean and organized; * Collaborate with your team to achieve departmental goals; * Conduct quarterly feedback sessions with your direct supervisor; * Apply our core values daily, both inside and outside EP; * Commitment and ethics toward the team and clients. **Additional Information** **General Information:** **Salary:** R$2.224,00 + 40% hazard pay **Work Schedule:** 2-days-on / 2-days-off shift, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Location:** Rodovia Jornalista Francisco Aguirre Proença (SP-101), KM 08, Chácara Assay **Work Mode:** On-site **Benefits Package:** Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Medical and dental insurance (after 90 days); Gympass; Life insurance (effective immediately); EP FIES (course subsidy program); Partnerships with universities.
