An occupational safety professional to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, deliver training, and manage emergency response teams.

**Requirements**Technical qualification in occupational safety / Professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) / Knowledge of legal requirements applicable to occupational safety, especially the Regulatory Standards;
Proficiency in rescue techniques for work at height and in confined spaces / Basic NR-10 training with valid certificate;
NR-11 instructor for operation of electric and combustion-powered forklifts / Intermediate NR-20 training with valid certificate / NR-33 instructor and supervisor with valid certificate / NR-35 instructor with valid certificate / Advanced-level Emergency Brigade Instructor, per IT 17\.
**Description of duties to be performed by the professional:** Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards applicable to business activities / Conduct risk assessments for routine and non-routine tasks, issue Work Permits onsite, and perform safety inspections / Deliver safety onboarding and Safety Dialogue sessions / Maintain control over the training schedule and conduct regulatory training / Track validity of regulatory training and all trainings scheduled in the training plan / Develop and review occupational safety procedures and Service Orders / Develop and implement a drill schedule / Lead accident investigations and support investigations upon request / Participate in internal and external audits / Plan and execute CIPA-related activities / Directly manage the Emergency Brigade team through practical and theoretical training, drills, and monthly brigade meetings / Maintain and ensure oversight of service providers and third parties within the company via safety onboarding, document reviews, and onsite work authorizations / Perform administrative routines related to occupational safety demands / Ensure availability and operational readiness of emergency and occupational safety equipment / Facilitate, approve, and authorize procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), establish and monitor PPE validity periods and respective Certificate of Approval (CA), as well as conduct performance testing / Support maintenance of the Risk Management Program (PGR), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Environmental Protection Program (PPR), Atmospheric Contamination Program (PCA), Ergonomic Assessment Report, and other relevant occupational safety documents / Organize, lead, and participate in meetings of the Site Mutual Aid Plan (PAM).
