Job Summary: Professional required to operate a backhoe, perform excavation, leveling, and material handling tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration to carry out tasks on construction sites #### **Responsibilities** * Operate the backhoe in compliance with safety standards and standard operating procedures. * Perform excavations, leveling, loading, and material handling according to project specifications. * Conduct daily inspections of the machine, checking fluid levels, tires, hydraulic and electrical systems. * Identify and report equipment faults or anomalies to the maintenance team. * Follow the work plan and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and quality standards. * Keep the operating area clean and organized to prevent accidents and optimize workflow. * Collaborate with the field team, following instructions from the foreman or supervisor. #### **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating backhoes. * Valid driver's license category D or higher, with EAR (Paid Activity Endorsement). * Certificate for Backhoe Operator training course. * Basic knowledge of heavy machinery mechanics for problem identification. * Familiarity with reading construction drawings and technical specifications for excavation and earthwork. * Experience in infrastructure, earthmoving, or sanitation projects. #### **Skills** * Backhoe Operation * Basic Preventive Maintenance * Reading Construction Drawings * Basic Topography Knowledge * Operational Safety * First Aid * Effective Communication ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
