Attention to detail and care for the work environment A cleaner at a real estate agency is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and hygiene of all company premises, both indoors and outdoors. They maintain daily organization, providing a clean, welcoming, and appropriate space for employees and clients. They may also assist in the kitchen area by preparing and serving coffee, especially during meetings or upon request. Must have prior experience in professional cleaning or similar activities; Must be physically fit for daily tasks; Must demonstrate attention to detail and care for the work environment; Must be punctual, responsible, and committed to routine; Must display courtesy in occasional interactions with team members and visitors. * Clean and sanitize rooms, reception area, restrooms, kitchenette, kitchen, and other internal areas of the real estate agency; * Sweep and maintain the company's external areas (sidewalks, entrance, garden, etc.); * Mop floors, remove trash, and keep environments organized throughout working hours; * Prepare and serve coffee in the kitchenette and during meetings, when requested; * Wash dishes, sanitize utensils, and keep the kitchenette organized and stocked; * Monitor usage and report the need for replenishment of cleaning and kitchen supplies; * Follow leadership instructions regarding specific cleaning tasks and additional support during events or important visits.
