Job Summary: Manage the program from acquisition through development, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring professional communication with customers and the team. Key Highlights: 1. Company in the metal stamping industry. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Program management during acquisition and development; * Coordinate cross-functional teams across all company areas: process development, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and procurement; * Regular reporting on project status and maturity to the Engineering Manager and Plant Manager; * Lead project launch and production meetings (APQP), and document project transfer to the plant and mutual customer approval via PPAP; * Develop the overall program schedule from customer request to start of production (RFQ\-SOP) and manage it until the production launch meeting based on customer milestones and due dates (Milestone); * Professional communication with the customer and within the project team. Customer interface for procurement and development/engineering; * Ensure the LICAV project team fully understands customer-specific requirements; * Serve as the primary interface between LICAV departments for product- and customer-specific requirements until the initial production meeting; * Act as the customer contact point for sample deliveries throughout the project; * Monitor and report APQP status to the Engineering Manager and the entire program team until the production launch meeting; * Responsible for coordinating timely completion of all deliverables until the production launch meeting and handover of the project to mass production; * Responsible for coordinating achievement of project targets related to time, quality, and target costs; * Timely definition of tasks and corrective actions, and control of their on-time completion (project risk management); * Compliance with internal ISO/TS\-16949 and LICAV procedures (Internal Project Management Procedures). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Knowledge of tooling and fixture design and construction; * Experience in a related role, preferably in the automotive industry; * APQP; * Advanced Excel; * Intermediate English. **Desirable knowledge in:** * PMBOK; * SCRUM; * 8D or MASP; * MS Project. **Additional Information** Shuttle transportation provided for the Limeira region; Breakfast provided by the company; Meals at the internal cafeteria; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Pharmacy allowance; Partnership with SESI for activities and well-being; Basic food basket; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
