Ensuring procurement and inventory targets **About Us:** We are MTO, the company responsible for operating O Matuto Fogo \& Mar and O Matuto Expressa units. Currently, we operate 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo \& Mar locations in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed across the region and capital. MTO is passionate about great food and motivated to deliver and share wonderful moments! **Position: Manager II** **Location: O Matuto Expressa \- Americana Shopping** **Your Daily Menu:** Manage shift staff and build the weekly work schedule, maintaining team organization and efficiency; supervise staff to ensure proper uniforms, no accessories, trimmed beards, and short nails; ensure achievement of procurement and minimum inventory targets at the store. Submit purchase requests for kitchen utensils, uniforms, and PPEs; verify completion of all store checklists (cleaning, receiving, temperature, meat waste). Inspect food production (visually, by tasting, and through monitoring) to confirm adherence to standard recipes. Ensure synchronization among plating, meat preparation, parmegiana preparation, and optional item preparation, guaranteeing complete order releases; release dishes between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM at the service area (monitoring product quality, timing, plating, and presentation); verify cash drawer balance and perform closing procedures (make bank deposits, verify, seal deposit envelopes, and sign all cash withdrawals).
