Responsibilities and duties Responsible for assisting the butcher, serving customers by providing information about displayed meat products, collecting merchandise unsuitable for sale, checking product arrangement on counters, maintaining and preparing counters and equipment, weighing, packaging, and pricing merchandise using appropriate equipment and tools such as scales, electric packers, and others.
