Main responsibilities: Support monitoring of IT systems and networks by reviewing logs, metrics, and alerts in monitoring tools, performing simple corrections when necessary to help maintain uninterrupted IT operations. Support identification and resolution of simple technical issues, applying appropriate solutions to minimize downtime and ensure service availability. Support configuration and installation of software, applications, and operating systems, following technical instructions to perform downloads, installations, and updates, as well as applying basic configurations and testing functionality to ensure organizational operational support. Support implementation of corporate security configurations and standards, verifying permissions, updates, and access rules to help maintain compliance and protect data. Provide basic technical support to end users, promptly responding to tickets and incidents to ensure operational continuity. Support identification and correction of hardware, software, and network connectivity failures, replacing components, adjusting configurations, and testing functionality to help rapidly restore services. Accurately record all technical support activities, including resolved incidents, procedures applied, and status updates, to ensure control and facilitate auditing. Support documentation of step-by-step procedures and creation of user manuals, describing simple instructions and illustrating steps to facilitate user support and training. Support execution of security checks, configuration updates, and compliance testing, following company guidelines to help keep systems secure and compliant. Perform other related tasks as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. Mandatory requirements:* Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Technician, or related fields; * Prior experience in the role is desirable.
