Support in administrative routines and internal customer service Job Description: We are looking for an Apprentice **(Ages 18 to 24\)** to work in the Occupational Safety department. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to begin their professional career in an environment that values continuous learning, teamwork, and the development of technical and behavioral skills. **(Work schedule: 4 days per week at the company \+ 1 day per week attending training courses provided by our partner agency)** Requirements: \- Completed or currently pursuing high school education; \- Willingness to learn and develop professionally; \- Strong observational skills to identify safety risks and issues; \- Good verbal and written communication skills; \- Ability to build interpersonal relationships and work effectively in teams. Main Responsibilities: \- Learn and support administrative routines within the Occupational Safety department; \- Assist in serving internal customers; \- Support typing of reports and spreadsheets; \- Support organizing and archiving documents; \- Assist in preparing PPE kits for new employees; \- Support administrative tasks for the occupational physician; \- Answer and make internal and external phone calls; \- Assist in distributing documents; \- Comply with company and department policies and procedures.
