Requirements * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Interest in learning procurement routines and negotiation. Main Responsibilities * Assist in identifying procurement needs with internal departments. * Support requesting and comparing quotations with suppliers. * Enter purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines. * Update supplier and material records in the system. * Support control of contracts, purchase orders, and procurement-related documents. * Monitor simple departmental metrics (prices, lead times, suppliers). * Support communication with suppliers to align information. * Organize physical and digital departmental files. * Comply with internal procedures and support improvements in procurement processes.
