Resilience, patience, composure, and emotional control under pressure. **BM VAGAS, in partnership with a company specializing in Condominium Management and Real Estate Businesses, is seeking an Intern for the city of Paulínia – SP** Responsibilities: Email monitoring and organization. Telephone reception and client reception at the office, as needed. Administrative system operations. Issuance of invoices (monthly, additional, agreements, etc.). Generation of operational and managerial reports. Dispatch of documents to the legal department. Issuance of Tax Clearance Certificates (CNDs). Verification of amounts with printing services and notary offices. Organization, verification, and stamping of physical accountability books. Preparation of virtual accountability books. Processing of physical and virtual mail packages (receipt, verification, dispatch to accounting, and system entries). Scheduling of periodic medical examinations. Sending of pay slips to clients via email and/or time-tracking applications. Updating registration records in the system, including contract analysis (buyer, seller, and property object). Dispatch of bank remittances (monthly invoices and daily invoices). Requirements: Undergraduate studies in Administration, Economics, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with administrative systems, IT tools, and operational routines. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
