Job Mission To strategically support the e-commerce procurement process, ensuring proper inventory replenishment, margin control, healthy inventory turnover, and procurement decisions aligned with corporate planning. The Procurement Analyst will work analytically and systematically, supporting strategic procurement decisions with progressive autonomy, based on performance, learning, and company guidelines. Main Responsibilities * Support procurement and replenishment planning based on turnover, ABC analysis, and sales history; * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess stagnant inventory; * Track performance of Curve A items and support actions to improve turnover of Curve B items; * Update and analyze spreadsheets and reports on costs, pricing, margins, and inventory; * Support negotiations with suppliers (pricing, lead times, freight, and commercial terms); * Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking; * Support product registration, pricing, and launch of new products; * Identify slow-moving items and support proposals for corrective actions; * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Logistics, and Finance teams; * Support purchase order control, invoice verification, and ERP data entry; * Track goods arrival dates in coordination with Logistics; * Organize supplier information, catalogs, and commercial terms; * Support promotional campaigns and strategic commercial initiatives. Requirements and Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, inventory, commercial, marketplace, operations, or analytical roles; * Experience working with numbers, data analysis, inventory, or sales; * Intermediate Excel skills (filters, formulas, data organization); * Familiarity with inventory turnover, stock management, margin, and ABC analysis (or strong interest in learning); * Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus. ***Prior experience as a buyer is not required.*** We seek a professional with an analytical profile, discipline, organizational skills, and a strong desire to develop technically in the procurement field.
