Job Summary: Heavy equipment operator for earthmoving tasks, performing soil compaction and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration and deadline adherence #### **Responsibilities** * Operate heavy equipment, specifically rollers and grader tractors, in compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures. * Perform soil compaction and site preparation, ensuring uniformity and quality required for each type of construction project. * Conduct daily preventive maintenance of machinery, checking oil, coolant, fuel, tires, and other essential components. * Immediately report any malfunction, damage, or need for corrective maintenance to the responsible supervisor. * Interpret construction plans and work instructions to execute tasks accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate with field teams to ensure smooth progress of activities and timely project completion. * Maintain an organized and clean worksite, contributing to a safe working environment. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating rollers and grader tractors on infrastructure or earthmoving projects. * Valid and unrestricted Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category D or E. * Certification or training course for heavy equipment operators, focused on rollers and grader tractors. * Solid knowledge of safety regulations for heavy equipment operation (NR-11 and NR-12). * Ability to perform minor repairs and basic equipment maintenance. * Capacity to interpret signals and instructions from ground operators and foremen. * Availability to work at various locations and during flexible hours, as required by project demands. #### **Skills** * Roller Operation * Grader Tractor Operation * Preventive Machinery Maintenance * Reading of Operational Plans * Workplace Safety (NR-11, NR-12) * Mechanical Fault Identification * Effective Field Communication ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub (formerly Gympass), Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
