Support for events and buffet services The **Waiter/Server** will be responsible for providing direct customer service, presenting the menu, serving food and beverages, and ensuring courteous and efficient service. They will also assist with organizing the dining area, setting up tables, and supporting daily operations in the restaurant or buffet, maintaining the company’s quality and hospitality standards. **Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off, from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Salary:** Initial: R$ 2.150,47 to R$ 2.365,51 **Main Responsibilities** * Greet and **escort customers to their tables**, present the menu, and clarify any questions; * **Take and relay orders** to relevant departments (kitchen and bar); * **Serve food and beverages**, in accordance with service norms and standards; * Ensure **organization, cleanliness, and restocking** of items at tables and in the dining area; * **Monitor customer satisfaction** and respond to additional requests courteously; * **Set up and clear tables** before and after service; * Support **events and buffet services**, maintaining agile service flow; * **Maintain personal appearance** and comply with hygiene and food safety regulations; * **Assist with bill closing and consumption control**, as needed.
