Job Summary: Support recruitment and selection processes, structure development programs, and collaborate on initiatives related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal communication. Collaboration in organizational culture and internal communication ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Support internal and external recruitment and selection processes (including client projects) Participate in designing development, training, and performance evaluation programs Collaborate on initiatives related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal communication Conduct surveys and analyses of HR-related data, including climate, turnover, performance, and other HR metrics Support leadership in implementing people management initiatives and organizational rituals Contribute to strategic projects focused on organizational transformation and excellence Participate in mentoring sessions, learning paths, and trainee program challenges ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, or related fields.
