### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Conducts periodic patrols in the company’s internal and external areas, preventing theft, vandalism, and other irregularities. Controls access of people, vehicles, and goods by checking identification documents and authorizations, preventing unauthorized entry. Records entry/exit data and prepares detailed reports on incidents, reporting any abnormalities or risks to supervisors. Identifies and proactively addresses accident risks or situations that may compromise security. In emergencies (such as fires, intrusions, or accidents), contacts the appropriate emergency services and takes action to minimize damage; may also mediate conflicts. Provides guidance to visitors, suppliers, and service providers in accordance with internal policies. Collaborates with other security professionals in more complex operations. This position requires constant attention, responsibility, strong communication skills, quick decision-making, and preferably residence in the West Zone or Downtown. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed high school (mandatory). * Preferred qualifications: Additional training courses in security. * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in roles such as guard, doorman, or access controller. * Attention to detail and constant vigilance * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Quick decision-making in risk situations * Discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professional ethics * Teamwork ability and discretion * Physical stamina and willingness to work night shifts or extended periods standing * Preferably resides in the West Zone or Downtown * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays * Basic computer knowledge (use of monitoring systems, report completion, etc.) ### **JOB BENEFITS** * Meal/Voucher: R$ 25.00 per day * Transportation Voucher * Night Shift Premium (if working night shift) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT
