**Description** Responsible for administering servers, networks, and systems, ensuring the proper functioning, performance, and security of the entire IT environment. Provides technical support, performs continuous monitoring, and implements improvements to guarantee infrastructure stability and efficiency. There are **5 positions available**, with a **hybrid model until December** (3 days per week on-site), and **100% on-site work starting in January**. The work schedule follows a **5×2 shift pattern**, with the following hours: **4 positions:** from **13:00 to 22:00** **1 position:** from **22:00 to 06:00** **Responsibilities and duties** Administer IT servers, networks, and systems. Monitor environment performance and availability. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Implement and configure infrastructure solutions. Ensure data security and integrity. Provide advanced-level technical support. Document technical processes and procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** Experience administering Windows and Linux servers. Knowledge of networks, firewalls, backup, and information security. Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V or similar). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud). Ability to resolve incidents and propose improvements. Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related fields.
