Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to support the preparation, assembly, and organization of cakes, ensuring food hygiene and safety in a cake shop kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor expiration dates and storage of ingredients A cake shop is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Rio Claro (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and frostings. Help assemble and finish cakes. Sort and organize ingredients. Support baking and cooling processes. Clean utensils, pans, and equipment. Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Monitor expiration dates and storage of ingredients. Assist with product restocking when necessary. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Cook, Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
