Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, controlling, and managing inventory; receiving and dispatching goods; and monitoring and analyzing logistics and inventory KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize inventory and logistics processes. 2. Actively participate in continuous improvement. 3. Focus on operational analysis and control. Main Responsibilities: Organization and control of food and non-food input inventory Internal movement of goods and materials Tracking and verification of loading for dispatch Receiving, verification, and storage of goods Physical and system-based inventory control Conducting inventories and cyclic counts Monitoring losses and controlling damages Entering Fiscal Notes (NF) into the system Issuing inter-unit/DC transfer notes Filling out and updating operational controls Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting area KPIs, such as: Inventory accuracy Loss control Operational discrepancies Dispatch performance Inventory and cyclic count indicators Requirements: Experience in inventory, dispatch, or logistics Knowledge of inventory control and inventories Experience in receiving and moving goods Basic knowledge of NF entry and administrative routines Proficiency in Excel and operational indicators Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority Good communication and teamwork ability Advantages: Experience in the food industry or corporate catering Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems Experience with accuracy and loss control indicators Experience in Distribution Center (DC) operations Desired Profile: We seek an operational and analytical professional committed to organization, control, and continuous improvement of logistics and inventory processes.
