OPERATIONS MANAGER (LOGISTICS)

Job Summary: An experienced operations professional to develop and implement strategies, manage activities, optimize processes, coordinate the supply chain, and lead teams—using data for strategic decision-making. Supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management. #### **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize process efficiency, quality, and cost\-effectiveness. * Manage and supervise all daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. * Define, monitor, and analyze operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using data to identify improvement opportunities and make strategic decisions. * Coordinate the supply chain, logistics, and inventory management, ensuring resource availability and timely delivery of products/services. * Implement and manage ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other management tools to automate processes and improve operational visibility. * Prepare and manage the operational budget, controlling expenses, optimizing investments, and pursuing profitability. * Lead and develop operational teams, fostering a high-performance environment, training, and alignment with company objectives. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in leadership or operations management roles within medium- to large-scale environments. * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
