Negotiate with suppliers and carriers Description: We are seeking a professional to coordinate the company's logistics, responsible for activities across billing, product transportation, and shipping departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery of products to customers. Responsibilities: * Plan and supervise product transportation and distribution activities * Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply of materials * Negotiate with suppliers and carriers to secure optimal terms and delivery schedules * Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency * Prepare performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department * Coordinate activities across billing, product transportation, and shipping departments * Verify and release sales orders for issuance of invoices * Ensure accurate invoice issuance for sales, transfers, returns, or incoming goods * Manage delivery scheduling, cargo planning, route optimization, and product volume calculation * Support the commercial department regarding billing status, scheduling, and order discrepancies * Control product movement—including inventory receipts, transfers to the MG branch and vice versa—to maintain accurate inventory balances * Monitor execution of audits, physical inventory counts, and cycle counts * Prepare and analyze managerial reports and KPIs for related departments * Negotiate with carriers for CIF orders and others * Verify freight charge invoices * Monitor the company's vehicle fleet, reviewing maintenance checklists with the maintenance department Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Proven experience in logistics and team management * Proficiency in inventory and transportation management systems * Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify optimal logistics solutions * Excellent communication skills and leadership capability * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
