Strengthening cooperative member relationships and driving business in a consultative, sustainable, and institutionally aligned manner. Providing in-person, telephone, or digital service to cooperative members, clarifying inquiries, and delivering support for financial and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Delivering consultative service by identifying members' financial needs and proposing suitable solutions (credit, investments, services, and products). Analyzing companies' economic and financial information to support credit granting and other operations. Monitoring portfolio indicators (profitability, risk, delinquency, and satisfaction). Collaborating integrally with internal departments to ensure service excellence and compliance with regulations and policies. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration; Economics; Accounting Sciences; or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in the Financial Market ANBIMA Certification: CPA\-10, CPA\-20, or CEA Residence in Nova Odessa city Commercial profile, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and results orientation. Knowledge of financial products and services, credit analysis, and negotiations.
