Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing documentation, registering and entering import processes, issuing ICMS/GLME documents, preparing pre-invoices, and maintaining follow-up with clients and agents. Key Highlights: 1. Documentation analysis and verification for shipment 2. Registration and data entry of processes in I-Broker and ImportSys/BrokerSys systems 3. Pre-invoice preparation and document release to freight carrier Analyze documentation and verify the L.I. prior to shipment Open and enter processes in the I\-Broker (Bysoft) and ImportSys / BrokerSys (Thomson Reuters) systems Register the D.I. and prepare the L.I. Analyze findings reported by the inspection team Issue ICMS or GLME documents Prepare pre\-invoices and release documents to the freight carrier Conduct continuous follow\-up with clients and freight agents.
